When clients come with references, I appreciate it. References help us understand direction: line weight, mood, movement, symbolism, and style. But then we go one step further and build a piece that fits your body and your story.

Good custom work is collaboration. I bring artistic experience, and you bring personal truth. Both are necessary. If one side is missing, the design may look nice but feel empty.

I always prefer clarity over pressure. If a design is not ready, we refine it. If placement can be better, we adjust it. If an idea needs simplification, we simplify. My responsibility is to protect your result, not just finish quickly.
